Hard to contact, insist on doctors letter, even though OCBC Oakland Cannabis Buyers Collective provides for online validation, they still want the doctors letter. Some people carry cards and electronics can be used to verify for "out of town" clubs.

It is not fair, if a person as a valid doctors certificate, and has to get another one, because they moved to a new area in California.
