This place is just as bad as any. The owner is a such a jerk. For someone who owns a club that sells weed, he sure isn't the nicest guy. Crappy weed, crappy prices, crappy people. Plain and simple. Please people have more sense. Don't feed the beasts. Buy from people you know that grow. You'll pay less for better product. Don't buy into the $100 to have to be able to get medication. It's all for money. Exploitation period. |

Hole in the wall collective. Staff is snobby and rude and product is B grade with jacked up prices. You could get a better deal at your local drug dealer. |

The staff bordered on rude/unhelpful. I visited this club 3 times. Variety was so-so, and prices were a bit higher than other collectives. Product was decent. |

The crappiest club in town. Only there to make a sale. I find better herb for the same price at every other club in town. No one cares about relief-x, only a chump would be interested in this club's "compassion". It's all about providing good product, I couldn't find any at this club. Signed up, got the 10 sign up fee (unheard of) waived, then didn't spend a dime because their shop was crap. And I am the real anonymous you weasel, I'm guessing they're having rough times with sales for obvious reasons. |

The nicest clubs in town. The most professional. They truly care about the needs of the patient. They are not there to make a sale. They are there to provide a service to their members. They are the only club in town that carries relief x, a non-psychotropic pain relief tincture. It is amazing! |

One of the few places I was told to go to. Made me wonder if they had completely different weed when all these reviewers went, because I took a look at their best, green crack, and it looked like B grade outdoor. Pathetic. Who the hell do these people think I am? I was buying better weed in highschool for 10 bucks a gram. |

I also have been going to this collective since it first opened up and I can truly say that these are the nicest people. Very knowledgeable and make it as pleasant as possible purchasing my meds. Both offices are very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I have been to other collectives and none compare to the service I receive here. |

I have been going to Trusted Friends since it opened.Their prices are reasonable, and range of medicines available are many. They have two locations, both are very clean, and have friendly and helpful staff. They are very professional, and at the age of 61, I no longer feel as though I am committing a crime by purchasing my medicine. I had to pay a one time membership fee of ten dollars, which I think is very reasonable for the range of services they provide. I have gone into a couple of the other places with friends, but I only purchase my medicine from Trusted Friends. |

The atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and friendly. The volcanic White Widow is fairly good for pain management and sleeping aid. The product is a bit expensive, though. |

I would like to say that it has always been clean, and up-beat and respectable. I feel that they are honest, and I feel very comfortable there. If I have a question, they can usually answer it. |

I find the collective to be top-notch! They are very proffesional in their operation of club. They are polite, and knowledgeable. If you have the chance, stop by and patronize their collective. |

They pay about $6.00 a gram from vendors, and turn over a huge profit. If that is compassion, then they are full of it!!! I don't know, it looks like greed to me! |

I'm a 47 year old professional lady. I feel very comfortable going to both of their locations. The people there seem to know their stuff and have been very helpful to me. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism I experienced. |

Trusted Friends is the most well organized cannabis club In Shasta County and all the herb is maniquered and well trimmed. All the bud is dank and I always come back to drop a couple bills. Thanks Trusted Friends! |

Always seems to have a big selection, with a strain worth the price. I just like to see what is going into my bag before I get home, but that is NorCal clubs in general and not specific to this club. |

I heard a lot of people saying negative things about Trusted Friends, So I had to go in and check it out for myself. On the contrary it is one of the most professional cannabis dispensaries I've been to. I guess when you're doing things right everyone is a hater. trusted friends is by far the best dispensary in Redding CA. |

I have been coming to Trusted Friends for almost 2 years now. Not only are they professional, they have the most friendly staff I have ever met. I am disabled and in a great deal of pain, but let me tell you my friends and fellow medical marijuana patients and I travel 80 miles round way just to go to "Trusted Friends" and I have tried almost all in Shasta County and Tehama County, but will not go to anyone else. Kudo's to the owner. I can't say enough about him. No matter how busy he is he will stop to say hi, answer questions and just chat. He truly cares about his patients and charges less than the other dispensaries, with a stock of medications that will accommodate anyone. You are a great man and your staff is fantastic. 1303 |

Trusted Friends is by far the most professional, clean, comfortable, fair, and compassionate club I have ever been to. The staff is always informative, polite, and attentive to my needs. I have got my fair share of compassion bags from my Trusted Friends, and never have they been anything other than what they would smoke themselves, some one is giving misleading info. Their selection is always plentiful, with both indoor and outdoor, very goood bud! I am and always will be a Trusted Friend. Thank you TF for having the best club in Shasta County! With two locations, it can't get any better. |

Lol, compassion bags 3x's a week??!! Yeah right! I recently lost my job and have been coming here for sometime now and they gave me leaves and stems! No compasssion! These reviews are people's chances to have their voice's be heard! I myself won't ever go back to trusted friends! Talk about low quality! |

I would check this place out before believeing the negative comments. Anyone can write anything.. true or not. Go talk to the people that work at Trusted Friends and decide for yourself. They're the oldest and the best.. Look for yourself. Fair prices, good selections, compassion bags 3x's a week. |

Avoid this club at all cost. I'm not sure what is worse the horrible service from a boy or very poor product. I don't know whats medical about outdoor with mold and spider mites. I'm sure the owner needs to sell the bud he grew but there needs to me a line. I'm drawing that line by avoiding this so called club. For your lungs and health I suggest you do the same. |

Love this place. The staff is courteous and is a comfortable and safe environment. Not true about having your papers there and can't grow for yourself...they encourage you to have the resources to grow for yourself. They operate in a very legal and professional manner. I'm definitely sticking with this place. Thanks Trusted Friends :) |

You can have your papers with this club and still grow for yourself and the medicine comes from their members. It's a good club. A lot of clubs are getting by with what they have right now... |

F*** this place. What is this bull, if you're papers are with this club you can't grow, and WTF $10 to come in and spend more money....F*** that! High school is what it feels like. I agree! Help your patents, give good smoke in the jones bags. F*** the shwagg. It's a tax right off anyways... 4000 people coming to your club now... sooo...about 8 lbs or more, right. Or that is the % you should be giving. |

Do I have to give a star? It seems that I went to a high-school club, I've never felt so embarassed before. I might not be overweight, but I don't need people looking down upon me for my medical condition (that I have no control over). I will not be returning! Worst 10 bucks I've spent. |

I travel in my work and have smoked from L.A. to Crescent City. Friends are the most sincere people in the THC business. Between my paydays they helped me with meds (I'm chronic depressed and suffer from back pain). I used the M.J. to kick narcotics. thanks T-F ,You are real! |

I love this place! There are 2 Trusted Friends in town, one on each side of town so it is convenient for all. Everyone is super nice and the workers vary in age so there is always someone to relate to. Good selection of medicine and super hot girls working at the front... Everyone is actually very knowledgeable and informative, especially the guys in the back. If you have questions they are glad to help! |

Staff was nothing but rude and made jokes about me while I was looking at strains. They all laughed to themselves when I picked the strain they reccomended for my chemotherapy. It felt like I was buying marijuana from wanna be thugs, fresh off the street. They also charge a $10 membership fee. Avoid this one and go to other collectives. |

I've been here a few times now and it seems their a little too comfortable now. The 1st of 2 visits was ok. It seems their very expensive in comparison to other local clubs. I just wish they were more consistant. I won't be returning due to all the kids running around outside. It seemed too layed back, not a doctors office for sure! |

Very legit place. I was greeted by 3 friendly females at the front and the whole place had a good vibe to it. Met the owners downstairs who let me shop their fine selection. I had a very pleasant experience and will continue to be a 'trusted friend'! |
