Just writing to let all MODOC COUNTY residents know that all the wheels are in motion to bring safe and legal access is on it's way to our large N.E. Corner of California and I'm proud of the Board of supervisor's and the resident who supported this objective 1000 to 1. Incredible in a clearly "Neo-Con" voting county of 10,000. And like my self and wife who are both legal and we both assumed this issue would go down in a ball of flames, we didn't even write, yes responses had to be in written form or would not be considered. We'll the people got the job done! we haven't a cooperative or collective yet, but we are all waiting......
